Nutritional Referral Program

Our business is truly dependent on education and our patients are the best educational tools we have!  We are starting a new referral program to show our appreciation for your continued support and help in spreading the word about how important nutritional support is.

This program will be effective September 1, 2011.

Send your friends, family, or coworkers to us and recieve Ash Dollars which you can use towards future visits.

Refer 1 patient.....................Receive $5 Ash Dollars

Refer 2nd patient.................Receive $10 Ash Dollars

Refer 3rd patient..................Receive $15 Ash Dollars

Refer 4th patient..................Receive $20 Ash Dollars

Starting with your 5th referral receive $25 Ash Dollars for each additional person you send who becomes a patient.  The more people you refer the more you are rewarded for helping us help others!

Ash Dollars are non transferable and must be used by the expiration date printed on the Dollars.
